PdM / SA upon an agile project, Feb. 2020 – Oct. 2020

I joined as a founding member of a project to develop an HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) infrastructure system for a major shopping mall. The project involved several stakeholders and a team of more than ten engineers. My primary responsibilities were system design and providing technical support to the engineering team.

We adopted a modified agile development methodology, where one or two senior engineers led the project and mentored the other developers. In this capacity, my main activity was to consolidate project requirements into rigorous technical documentation to guide the development process.
