PdM / SA upon an agile project, Feb. 2020 – Oct. 2020

We joined as a starting member in the project where HACCP infrastructure system are to be developed.

The system, aimed at a major mall, gave rise to a few stakeholders and 10 or more engineers to be involved. We were mainly in charge of design and support for the engineers.

The development method was chosen to agile, while not strictly; where one or two experienced senior engineers led the project and guided several engineers. We summarized the requirements into rigorous documents as the main activities.
